We are suspending in-person Princess Character Visits until further notice. We want to ensure we do our part to practice social distancing and help to keep our staff, clients and their families safe.
In an effort to provide a little magic in your child’s world during these uncertain times, we are offering a 10-minute video chat or a personalized video message with a princess! Whether your child will be celebrating a birthday, or just needs a special gift to brighten their day, our live video chats and personalized videos are sure to be a hit!

Princess Video Chats - $35
Enjoy a 10 minute video chat with a princess via Zoom! Your child can ask questions, dance and sing songs together, read a story and more!
Princess video chats are perfect for any occasion including: birthday celebrations, milestones, to provide encouragement, or just to add some excitement to the day!
Simply buy a ticket for the date and time with the character you wish to meet. Each session lasts 10 minutes. Feel free to book back-to-back sessions for double the fun!
Within 24 hours of reserving your time slot, you will receive an online link for your scheduled Zoom Conference so you can connect with your princess for your video chat. Zoom works well on laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile devices, and you don't have to sign up to join. Plan to login several minutes before your scheduled time to ensure you have a strong internet connection and you are not experiencing any technical issues.
Personalized Video from a Princess - $30
Our Princess Character will record a personalized video message for any special occasion. This is also a wonderful way for individuals outside of the Northeast Ohio area to experience a little fairytale magic.
Your message is tailored to your child. When you order one of our Personalized Princess Video Messages, you will complete some questions so that we can customize your video.
Complete the order form to purchase your video. If you already have a short script perfected, just type it right in! If you need help with what you would like our character to say, give us a few details and we'll make it perfect for you! We’ll make your personalized message come to life. Your personalized video from a princess will delight your recipient - especially when they hear their favorite character call them by name!
Videos are recorded and edited, then emailed directly to you via a Dropbox link for you to view, save and share within one week of your order. Simply download your video and share it with your child!

Live Video Chat Disclaimers and Policies:
*No refunds will be given for video chat sessions or personalized videos.
*Clients are limited to their 10-minute reserved session(s). Please note, our fairytale princesses are look-alike characters and are therefore NOT LICENSED or AFFILIATED with any other originating companies. Should you have the need for a licensed, copyrighted character at your event, we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for your specific targeted character. Performers may vary.
*In these uncertain times, Tiaras and Treasures, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due (but not limited) to performer illness or lack of bookings. In the case that Tiaras and Treasures needs to cancel your video chat session, we will issue a full refund. To avoid disappointment, we recommend waiting to tell your child until the day of the video chat.
*These calls are intended for children only (up to 10 years of age). We ask that at least 1 parent or guardian be present with the child at all times during the video chat to ensure it goes smoothly.
* We encourage parents to be involved, so the child is comfortable. We are not responsible if your child does not want to interact with the character during the call.
*We highly recommend choosing an area with good internet service as we are not responsible for a poor connection. We will make sure our internet is working well prior to the video chat.
*We recommend using a computer or laptop for the video chat, mobile phones are an option, but do not always provide the best picture and can be hard for children to hold.
*Please log-in to the video chat conference on time and ensure you have a strong internet connection. Clients are limited to their 10 minute reserved session(s). We are not able to add additional time if you are late for the call.
*You may have as many children attend a single video chat as you wish. However, due to strict recommendations by the state in regards to social distancing, we suggest that you only include members of your immediate household.
*There will be no refunds given for the video chats once purchased. This includes Zoom video conferences that are missed by the purchaser.
*All video attendees are expected to be on their best behavior. Performers reserve the right to leave the call (with no refund will be given) due to inappropriate or hostile behaviors including (without limitation) verbal harassment or sexual comments or images.

*Personalized video messages from a princess are limited to 4-5 sentence scripts.
*Video messages are intended for children only and personalized messages will only be “G” rated. Thank you for your understanding!
